Who proofreads the written content?

Our editors hail from various professional fields and backgrounds.  In order to edit content on our platform, they have been thoroughly screened and successfully completed a rigorous assessment and training period.  Most of our On Demand Editing Team has an advanced degree (e.g., master's degree, doctorate degree, PhD, JD, MBA, etc.).

We allow our customers to "rate" their editor after each job is returned to them.  This helps our Management Team ensure that our editors maintain the highest-quality work product and customer service standards.  If an editor's rating drops below a certain threshold, they may be suspended or terminated.  editorr reserves the right to fully consider all relevant factors throughout the hiring and firing process.  Every customer complaint or inquiry will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
