Estimated Turnaround Times

We provide our customers with an estimated turnaround time before they even submit their project to be reviewed. Most jobs submitted on our platform are proofread, edited, and returned to the customer in 20 minutes or less, but your project's turnaround time will essentially depend on two things: (1) the length of your project (the number of words submitted), and (2) the extent of changes required by the project or requested by the customer.

As an example, if you submit a job that is 200 words or less, it will probably be fixed and returned to you in under 10 minutes. However, if you submit something closer to 500 or 600 words, it may take closer to 30 minutes for your editor to complete your project. If you submit a significantly larger project (e.g., 5,000+ words), it may take several hours to receive your finished product.

10,000-word project = approximately 24 hours (or approximately 1 day)

15,000-word project = approximately 36 hours

20,000-word project = approximately 60 hours

25,000-word project = approximately 72 hours (or approximately 3 days)

30,000-word project = approximately 84 hours

35,000-word project = approximately 96 hours (or approximately 4 days)

40,000-word project = approximately 120 hours (or approximately 5 days)

45,000-word project = approximately 132 hours

50,000-word project = approximately 144 hours (or approximately 6 days)

55,000-word project = approximately 156 hours

60,000-word project = approximately 180 hours

65,000-word project = approximately 192 hours

70,000-word project = approximately 204 hours

75,000-word project = approximately 216 hours

80,000-word project = approximately 240 hours (or approximately 10 days)

85,000-word project = approximately 252 hours

90,000-word project - approximately 264 hours (or approximately 11 days)

95,000-word project = approximately 276 hours
